Mohammad Zia Abbas is an MD in Internal Medicine with dynamic carrier in Health care industry in US, Middle East and Pakistan.  Dr. Abbas have worked in the field of Clinical education especially in Angioplasty, Tracheostomy and Temperature management. He was consulting for Johnson & Johnson and Smiths Medical for about 22 years being responsible for trainings and talent development.

Dr. Abbas Joined the Lifestyle medicine in 2021 with help of Dr Shagufta Feroz. He did his Lifestyle Medicine Postgraduate Course from RIPHAH International University, Islamabad. He also did his SWIPE Internship program from Pakistan Association of Lifestyle medicine (PALM).

He is DipIBLMH and is currently practicing Internal Medicine and working as Lifestyle Coach in private practice in Islamabad, Pakistan. He is also Associate Country Head for Lifestyle Medicine Global Alliance (LMGA). Dr. Abbas is the Managing Director and founder of Diligent Enterprises an organization that specializes in life saving medical devices and consultancy services. He recently joined Ministry of Food Security & Research as project coordinator. He is member of Task Force at WLMO World Lifestyle Medicine Organization
