Dr. Sadia Fazal, a Medical doctor (MBBS 2002), is a Diplomate of the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine (IBLM) and holds a postgraduate certification (LMPC) from the Riphah Institute of Lifestyle Medicine. A PALM member since 2022, she served as Director of Media & Communication (2024) before being elected General Secretary in 2025. She runs a private practice, Lifestyle Healing, collaborates in a lifestyle-informed dermatology clinic, and volunteers for two organizations—one serving underprivileged communities through container clinic, LM camps, and field visits, and another supporting women entrepreneurs with her acclaimed positive psychology–based art therapy.
