Armed with a prestigious MBBS degree (Riphah), along with a Master's in Public Health (UK), LMPC certification, and recognition from the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine (IBLM), she embodies a wealth of expertise.

With over a decade devoted to family medicine, she has diligently cared for diverse patient populations. Her commitment extends beyond clinical practice, encompassing over six years as an adept medical educator, shaping the minds of future healthcare practitioners.

Dr. Saima's impact extends further into the realm of public health, marked by numerous successful projects. Her affiliation with PALM and Dr. Shagufta Feroz since 2021 has amplified her journey, especially after achieving specialization as a Lifestyle Medical Specialist through the rigorous IBLM examination.

She has made significant contributions to various lifestyle medicine projects, holding a pivotal role as the Assistant Director of the SWIPE project.
